Terms & Conditions

BEC offers Single, Double and Multi-layer PCB's through hole plated technology.

For your convenience, BEC manufactures in two panel sizes - 10.6” X 16.6” and 14.6” X 16.6” (usable area).  

For Production runs, a larger 22.2" x 16.6" usable area panel can be used to achieve greater yield and economy.

BEC also allows multiple designs at no cost penalty, unilike other PCB Manufacturers.

BEC can aslo test your boards in its own BBT Testing facility.

DOTL Prototyping Service

BEC has automated the Engineering process to reduce costs and to ensure the available services are cost effective for it's customers.

The recent introduction of the DOTL Prototyping Service has streamlined the Prototype setup process, enabling these jobs to enter Production in a more timely manner. 

Setup time is minimal and this is reflected in the lower prices on offer for customers who use the DOTL program.  With this service we assume your design is correct and we do not do DRC checks on your files or send you Verification prior to the job entering Production.

CNC Machine Shop Services

 

BEC is predominantly self sufficient for all inhouse maintenance of equipment due to its very own CNC Machine Shop facility.

 

This service is now available to our customers, providing  milling and machining services for prototype and small to medium production runs. 

 

We can use most material, including steel, plastics, polycarbonates and aluminium. We can source the material  or you can supply your own.

Simply send us your CAD file or drawing and we will provide our quotation for this unique service.
